ABOUT

Nadine Burg has worked with children and families for over 20 years, as an educator and advocate, in both the public and private sector. She has practiced family law exclusively for the past 10 years, and is dedicated to keeping both the courts and the law accessible to all people. To that end, Nadine offers a choice of full representation, limited scope representation, or services as a consulting attorney.

Nadine listens carefully to her clients, and helps them identify and articulate their goals. She is patient, compassionate and creative, and by seeking to understand the needs of all parties involved, she is better able to identify effective solutions. Nadine educates her clients as to their legal choices, and assists them in choosing the best option for everyone involved, whether it is mediation, negotiation, collaboration or litigation.

Nadine’s goals are both to help reduce the economic and emotional impact of family law matters, and to guide and support them through a challenging time of life.

PHILOSOPHY

Nadine’s philosophy is simple  –  educate people as to their rights, and guide them towards a decision that is good for them, good for their family, and that will enable them to move on with their lives.
